Асноўныя тэзісы дакладу:
1. У рамках даследавання была пастаўленая мэта вывучыць палітычныя аспекты стасункаў Беларусі з развіванымі краінамі Азіі, Афрыкі і Лацінскай Амэрыкі (АЛАА). У даследаваньне былі ўключаныя кантакты, якія мелі палітычнае значэнне. Былі вылучаныя наступныя геаграфічныя катэгорыі: Кітай; Іран; Лацінская Амерыка; Арабскія краіны Блізкага Ўсхода (без Паўночнай Афрыкі); Паўночная Афрыка; Індыя і Пакістан; Краіны Паўднёва-Ўсходняй Азіі; Афрыка; Турцыя.
2. У аснове даследаваньня ляжыць разлік «каэфіцыентаў ангажаванасці», якія адлюстроўваюць узровень актыўнасьці кантактаў і беларускіх адносінаў з пэўнай краінай ці рэгіёнам. Каэфіцыэнт складаецца з сумы квантыфікаваных кантактаў і прысутнасці прадстаўнікоў. Кожнаму з кантактаў прысвойваецца пэўнае лічбавае значэньне важнасьці па 5-бальнай шкале, у адпаведнасці з узроўнем кантактаў, які вызначаецца на падставе ацэнкі важнасці задзейнічаных асобаў для дзяржаўнай сыстэмы адпаведнай краіны. Пры гэтым ў выпадку візітаў важнасць вызначаецца па пасадзе найвышэйшай асобы са складу дэлегацыі, якая ажыццяўляе візыт.
3. На падставе стварэння базы дадзеных па кантактах паміж Беларуссю і развіванымі краінамі паводле вышэйапісанай метадалогіі былі разлічаныя індэксы кантактаў, кантактаў у вайсковай і вайскова-тэхнічнай сфэрах, а таксама індэксы ангажаванасці па асобных краінах/рэгіёнах і па АЛАА ў цэлым.
